A: At this time, Kim's Trends is a consignment based only organization. We do not buy items outright.
Q: Can I consign my wedding apparel or prom dress?
A: At this time, Kim's Trends does accept wedding dresses , prom's dress or apparel.
Q: How do I know what designers you carry?
A: You can peruse our site to see what types of designers are currently selling.
Q: If I want to become a consignor, who prices the items I send?
A: Kim's Trends has a staff of fashion experts that will price your items at market value. If you have a specific price you want something sold at we are happy to work with you on pricing.
Q: If I become a consignor, when can I expect to see my items placed in the online boutique?
A: Items are placed in the boutique between 5-10 business days from the date they are received at the Kim's Trends offices.
Q: I have an imposter designer bag – how can I consign it with you?
A: You do not! Kim's Trends has a VERY strict policy on authentic items. We do not and will not sell items that are not proven authentic.
Q: How often do you ship and by what means?
A: Items ship 5-10 business days from the date of purchase via USPS Priority Mail Service. Once your shipping information is processed an e-mail is issued to you providing tracking in formation.
Q: I would like to donate my high end designer items to the Clearance Closet – how do I do this?
